Four residential buildings over podium parking. 196 stainless unit numbers, 41 wayfinding signs, mailroom and amenity package, pool rule signs and 28 ADA tactile signs — 312 signs delivered in 22 cartons, labeled by building and floor.
Boutique hotel renovation
Full re-flag of an 88-room property: brass-look PVD room numbers with braille, floor directories, guest wayfinding and back-of-house signage. Produced to match existing mounting holes so doors weren’t re-drilled.
Six-floor office building
40 suite IDs with an update-friendly lobby tenant directory, floor and stairwell identification, interior wayfinding and 12 ADA restroom signs — coordinated with the architect’s Section 10 14 00 signage spec.
