Terms of service
Quotes and orders
Quotes are itemized line by line and remain valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (email is fine) and any agreed deposit is received. You can add, remove or edit line items at any time before proof approval.
Proofs and production
Nothing is manufactured before you approve the design proof. The proof — including the full sign schedule, sizes, materials, colors and mounting methods — is the authoritative specification for production. Changes after proof approval may affect price and timeline; we’ll confirm both before proceeding.
Shipping and delivery
Production and shipping timelines are stated on your quote. Shipping costs and, where quoted, duties and taxes are listed before you order. Risk of loss transfers as stated on your quote for the chosen shipping method. See Shipping & delivery for how bundles are packed and delivered.
Inspection, remakes and returns
Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Any sign that arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof will be remanufactured and reshipped at no charge. Because every sign is custom-made to your approved proof, orders are not returnable for reasons other than damage or nonconformity.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to logos, brand assets and drawings you supply, and you confirm you are entitled to use them. We retain rights to our templates and design systems, and may photograph produced signage for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including installation labor or project delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
