Quote
Send your building details and we return an itemized quote — usually within one business day — including production, freight and a planned delivery window for your address.

Proof approval
You approve one coordinated design proof for the whole building. The production clock starts only after your approval — nothing is made before it.

Production
Production is scheduled around the agreed dispatch and delivery plan. The exact window depends on bundle size, materials and the selected shipping route, and is stated on your quote before you order.

Shipping & tracking
Our export team manages declarations and shipping documents, then provides tracking and a carton manifest. We coordinate the freight route through final door or site delivery.
Packing
Packed the way installers work.
Bundles are packed floor by floor, not sign type by sign type. Each carton is labeled with the floor and unit range inside — “Floor 3, Units 301–312 + corridor wayfinding” — so installers can carry one box upstairs and finish that floor without sorting through the whole shipment.
Every sign ships with protective film on the face and its specified mounting method in the same carton: pre-applied foam tape, screws and anchors, standoffs or magnetic mounts, exactly as listed line by line on your quote. A printed carton manifest and the approved sign schedule are included in carton 1.

We ship worldwide. The right method depends on bundle size, destination and your required on-site date. We recommend the route, include the cost and planned transit time in your quote, and coordinate the shipment through delivery.

Shipping cost, planned transit time and the agreed customs or duties arrangement are stated on your quote before you order. Tell us your required on-site date, receiving hours, dock or lift-gate requirements and appointment process; our logistics team will build them into the delivery plan.
Receiving & remakes
If something isn’t right, we remake it.
1. Check the cartons
On delivery, check cartons against the manifest and note any visible damage with the carrier. You don’t need to unpack everything on the spot.
2. Report within 7 days
Report damaged, missing or incorrect signs within 7 days of delivery — a photo and the line number from the sign schedule is all we need.
3. Free remake, priority shipping
Any sign that arrives damaged or doesn’t match the approved proof is remanufactured and reshipped at no charge, jumped to the front of the production queue.
